- Susu 250 ml
- Dark cooking chocolate 100 gr
- Coklat bubuk 1 sdm
- Butter 20 gr
- Susu 250 ml
- Whipped cream cair 300 ml (bubuk 100 gr + air es 250ml)
Chocolate Glaze:
- Dark cooking chocolate 50 gr
- Whipped cream cair 50 ml ( kalau mau pake susu uht 50ml, dan dcc nya 75 gr saja)
- Butter 10 gr
Cara buat: double boiler dcc dan whipped cream hingga dcc larut, angkat, langsung masukan butter, aduk rata
