ROTI BALON
200 grams of glutinous rice flour.
25-30 grams sugar (1 and 3/4 tbsp)
1/2-1 teaspoon salt
130 grams of boiling water
3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Masukan 100 gr tepung ketan dalam wadah.
2. Lalu tambahkan 20-30 gram gula pasir, 1 sdt garam, aduk rata adonan.
